Senior HR Technology Consultant

Full-Time | HR Technology | Accra, Ghana

5+ years SeamlessHR or equivalent HRMS implementation. Strong understanding of payroll compliance in Ghana. BRD documentation and UAT management experience required.

Core Banking Consultant — Temenos T24

Contract | Banking Technology | Accra + Onsite

Minimum 7 years T24 product specialisation. BRD/FSD authoring, data migration, AA product configuration, and workshop facilitation. Multi-country experience preferred.

AML / Compliance Analyst

Full-Time | Regulatory Technology | Accra, Ghana

goAML or Prognosys experience preferred. Strong understanding of FIC requirements, STR/SAR filing procedures, and AML/CFT framework design in Ghana’s banking sector.

Cybersecurity Specialist

Full-Time | Cybersecurity | Accra, Ghana

Darktrace and/or FortiGate certification preferred. 3+ years enterprise security architecture. Financial services or telecoms environment experience a strong advantage.

IT Strategy & Management Consultant

5+ years IT strategy, gap analysis, and PMO experience. Strong executive communication skills, business case development, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

3+ years BA experience in banking technology. BRD/FSD documentation, requirements gathering, UAT management, and stakeholder workshop facilitation expertise required.
